With this cast iron skillet you can cook meat, vegetables, fish and much more.

Cast iron skillets and griddles are the perfect tool for frying, sautéing and cooking. They reach higher temperatures than other materials and also retain it better, making it ideal for giving food a crisp and uniform «caramelized» finish.

In addition, when you take out the pan you can rest it on the bamboo tray so that you can present it on a table without burning the surface below as a trivet.
