For optimal results, apply a little oil to your pizza spatula before using it.

The spatula has holes that allow excess flour to fall through the spatula before the pizza goes into the oven.

This means that the flour does not burn at the bottom of the oven, resulting in much less smoke and reduced cleaning requirements. In addition, this guarantees a crispy pizza.

The soft handle ensures maximum comfort during use. It also has a strip or strap perfect for hanging on the side of the pizza oven or the outdoor table for Cozze® ovens.
