TIP: HOW TO RAPIDLY LIGHT THE CHARCOAL
- Fill the charcoal basket or firebox with high quality and initially thicker charcoal. For the best grilling results, we recommend our tested and certified Monolith Food Toxic Free Charcoal.
- Light the charcoal from above if possible with the Mono-lighter (lighter), close the lid of the Monolith and fully open the lower air inlet and the air outlet, the shot. Thanks to the chimney effect, the barbecue will heat up quickly.
- The temperature of the kamado Monolith can be controlled and adjusted by the air supply (opening in the base) and the draft (exhaust valve located above). Depending on the type of cooking, direct or indirect, you can use the accessories you want.
